Black Canyon (Thailand) Company., Limited. was established in 1993 to operate specialty coffee houses, serving to its customers international and Thai food dishes and specialty coffee drinks of the highest quality.

During staff shortages, BellaBot acts as a helper for serving food and drinks. At the same time, BellaBot’s adorable appearance and strong interactivity improve the atmosphere of the restaurant and attract more guests.

The biggest impact that it has on Black Canyon is that it really attracts customers because the robot is very cute and very interactive, and actually, it’s like a magnet to pull in our customers, so it actually helps in bringing in sales.
